XLCS Designs XLCS-OG-00001 Overview
The Camera Cage from XLCS provides added protection, stability, and accessory mounting threads for your original (OG) Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera while leaving access open to all camera functions and the battery door. The camera attaches to the cage via top and bottom 1/4″-20 threaded screws and features numerous 1/4″-20 threads all around the cage, one 3/8″-16 thread, one 3/8″-16 ARRI-style anti-twist thread, and three M4 threads for mounting an optional cable clamp or speedbooster mount. There are also two hood/rear cover guide slots.
The cage is made from durable aluminum with a stylish, anodized matte black finish. Included with the cage is all mounting hardware, a 3/8″-16 to 1/4″-20 thread adapter, and a 12V power cable that allows you to power the camera with external power.
